AOFS were engaged by Mid-West Mental Health (a department of Melbourne Health) to assist them with increasing the capacity of their existing office area, with minimal structural changes. We provided several layout options for their consideration and worked closely with the management team to develop a solution that achieved an 80% increase in capacity!
One of the key factors in the layout design was to take full advantage of a large wall of windows in the office area and allow as much natural light as possible to filter through the area, and for each workstation to have some vantage point of the window.
Utilising our floorplan layout software and sketch rendering program we were able to provide concept images that the client could use to visualize the space and make informed decisions about the layout and design before production commenced, giving them great peace of mind.
Jaden and the team at AOFS were a delight to work with from initial consultation through to installation and clean-up! They worked through, in detail, a number of design revisions to ensure we were happy – including flexibility to make some late changes. Communication was also great; always knew how the job was progressing and completed as expected. Staff are extremely satisfied with their new space. No hesitation in recommending AOFS!
